How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from MyBaZi, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to Settings -> Account
3. Click "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your deletion request

Alternatively, you can email us directly at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted from our systems.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon your request, we will delete the following data:

• Your account information (email, name, profile data)
• Birth date and time information used for BaZi calculations
• Generated BaZi charts and reports
• Subscription and payment history records
• Any preferences or settings you have configured
• Data obtained through Facebook Login (if applicable)

Data Retention Exceptions

Please note that we may retain certain data as required by law, such as transaction records for tax and accounting purposes. This data will be anonymized where possible and will not be linked to your personal identity.

Facebook Data

If you signed up using Facebook Login, deleting your account with us will remove all data we received from Facebook. To also revoke our app's access to your Facebook account, visit your Facebook App Settings.
